Frequently Asked Questions
With the best of our knowledge, skillset and along side our tight-knit talented team of florists we work diligently to deliver a truly personalized experience for you.
HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Each celebration is unique to you! We pride ourselves on attracting people who share our love for unique designs and organic aesthetics. After you fill out our initial inquiry form, and we will get back to you as soon as possible via email, to touch base or set up an in person consultation. Then the collaboration process begins developing a floral plan that fits your budget and exceeds expectation.
WHAT IMPACTS FLORAL PRICING?
Floral Pricing varies greatly due to a few key factors including but not limited too: Seasonal availability, special floral requests, how large or lush or simple a design it is you desire…. Time intensive installations, delivery distance, vases provided, purchased, or rented. Each detail is unique to your day, and therefor the pricing is unique to your needs on this special occasion.
HOW SHOULD I CHOOSE A FLORIST?
You should contact florists who’s design aesthetic attracts you! At Petals and Pop we share a distinct love for romantic, free flowing arrangements, and pride ourselves on never making the same bouquet twice. To get the look you want for your big day, in a respectable budget allowed, be sure to be open and honest about your needs, what you are willing to spend, and where your floral priorities are.
WHY DO YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU PROVIDE ME WITH PRICING?
Weddings can be one of the larger expenses a couple encounters in their journey. As you begin to understand what vendors require and allocate budgets, you may have an idea of what you are willing to spend on florals. Proposals are time intensive as we source blooms, vase wears, additional supplies, and even insurance required for events. We are here to help, and we know this process can be stressful. So it is beneficial as your florist, and as a prospective clientele to receive a proposal that you can seriously consider!
WHAT DO I NEED TO PREPARE BEFORE WE SPEAK?
Depending on how far in advance you are planning for your wedding, we recommend you create a list of must-haves or a wish list to guide us in understanding your vision for the big day:
Wedding Party Needs
Ceremony Needs
Reception Needs
